Da si eu sunt roman dar nu ma laud pe tot forumul-ul ca vorbesc romaneste. Stiati ca exista in jur de vreo 15 romani activi pe GMC ?
Translation :
Yeah and I'm a Romanian also, but I don't feel like bragging on the whole forum that I know how to speak Romanian. Did you know that there are about 15 Romanian members on the GMC ?

Metalrayman, lo que vienes de decir es completamente estúpido. BMF, yo también hablo español - estoy aprendiéndolo en la escuela. El español es mi cuarta lengua (mi lengua materna es el inglés), pero creo que hablo bastante bien.

Some say Spanish is the hardest language to learn. What do you think? THEY = WRONG! And that's not an opinion. English and Japanese are the hardest. Mainly because... 1.Japan has so many symbols to remember... 2.English has so many rules and exceptions.

1.Japan has so many symbols to remember... 2.English has so many rules and exceptions. Obviously, you also NEVER have seen Sanskrit or Finish. Finish nouns are declined in 14 cases, for comparision to english, which uses no cases and is - in my opinion - one of easiest languages to learn (beside ridiculous amount of tenses). Japanese, as far as I know, also doesn't use cases. But Sanskrit - Sanskrit is the worst nightmare you can possibly imagine. Not only the letters are totally different, but also the way of writing is weird. For example, as far as I get it, consonants automaticaly have vowel -a added to them if not another vowel is used after them, in most cases. For example, word CRVAR (of course, in Sanskrit alphabet, which is damn complicated) is read as caravaar. (with long "a" in the end, which I expressed with double "a"). Speak about grammar: - 47 declension tables (beat that!), in 8 cases for 3 numbers (there's dual number) + personal pronouns, numerals and exceptions - 10 different declension tables in 3 numbers for 10 different times (including aorist form and alike) - Speaking about exceptions: There are exceptions for almost everything, consonants changing at end of word depending on following vowel, etc... this all makes language sound swiftly, though. Learning japanese, spanish, mandarin, russian or even polish (which is also a total horror) is jolly good fun compared to Sanskrit, the oldest indoeuropean language preserved. Ps. If you want to know how the Sanskrit alphabet looks (the Devanagari script), take a look: http://www.christusrex.org/www1/pater/images/sanskrit-wl.jpg

There is a language in South America, whose writing doesn't even follow its rules. Of course, that language is only spoke though. ;P Anywho, this is mainly on currently spoken. Isn't Sandskirt dead? I'm not sure on Finnish though.

En hecho, todavía necesito el diccionario español traducir los muchos de la materia que la gente dice. Para cualquier otra lengua, apenas utilizo un programa del traductor para hacerlo para mí. ¡Es mucho más fácil! ----- I know how to speak Spanish, but I'm not very fluent with it. In fact, I still need the Spanish Dictionary to translate a lot of the stuff other people say. For any other language, I just use a translator program to do it for me. It's a lot easier!
