Released for Christmas 2003, A Christmas Story is a simple cartoon action game. In it, an anthropomorphic dog is trying to collect Christmas presents for his friend after discovering that she has something for him.
You have a grappling hook to help you get around and collect the presents, while mean-spirited snowmen, trees, and animals conspire to stop you. And it's just as fun as it sounds.
Graphics are a definite highlight of this game. Everything is cartoonlike and well-drawn. The music is simple and repetitive, but fits the theme. There are several endings, depending on how many presents you manage to collect.
A Christmas Story is short, but it doesn't need to be any longer. It's definitely worth trying and will likely leave you looking forward to Kostellano's future projects.

This is just the cutest game ever. The graphics are great, the sounds are good... It's a simple game, but it's still somewhat challenging and very original. The first time I played it, I thought I got all of them but I only managed 55%. And... It's just cute!
